On Wednesday, March 10th there will be a fantastic Brewer’s Dinner to be held at The Cadillac Grille. The Brewer’s Dinner, beginning at 6:30pm, will feature amazing pairings with your favorite GTBC brews.
Brewmaster Rob Mullin will guide you through a delicious five-course menu featuring pairings such as Sweetgrass IPA with Duck Confit Salad and Lost Continent Double IPA with Seared Bacon Wrapped Scallops. For dessert, Black Cauldron Imperial Stout will bring out the best in a Tri-Color Torte.
